That's A Wrap
Great product diminished by poor execution. I received the belt wrapped with the inside facing out causing the end to curve outward when warn. Upon notifying CS(Customer Support) it was left to me to correct. After purchasing over 30 Mission belts, I've got to say this was more than disappointing. I've tightly wrapped the belt the correct way for over a week and between wearing and within a couple hours of wearing it the end still wants to stick out. The problem, as I was going to try to illustrate to CS is that polymer has a memory and being incorrectly wound from the beginning has created the wrong memory. I've now carefully applied heat to help reshape, and hopefully correct its memory. I'm hoping this will do the trick, or I'll have to try negotiating with CS again for an exchange.
